Every screen print job is different. We assess every jobs variables to ensure we are using the best ink for the best possible output. Whether its water based, or plastisol, we source the best ink in the industry.
Water based screen printing is our specialty. These inks are non-toxic and environmentally friendly water-based inks that have a soft feel on the garment. Our waterbased inks are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, CPSIA and HR4040 Compliant.
Sometimes, a job will require the use of plastisol ink. Our plastisol ink is all non-phthalate and lead-free providing safe work conditions and meet environmental safety requirements.

We specialize in sourcing high-quality, ethical garments. We can help you source garments made in Canada. We purchase garments from companies we trust and believe in. From the inks to the chemicals needed in the screen printing process, we ensure that we are keeping the environment clean and safe. All of our degreasers, emulsion strippers, and ink cleaners are bio-degradable. We have also installed a complete water filtration system on our washout booth to ensure our water waste is as clean as possible before it leaves our operation. Filtering the water through a series of 6 filters down to a 20-micron filter.

We prefer to print on 100% cotton and other natural fibers whenever possible. Our goal is to reduce the use of plastic wherever possible so we avoid printing on polyester blend fabrics. Cotton and natural fiber garments tend to be nicer on the skin, more durable, and less prone to pilling. But, if you are looking to get polyester garments we are still here to help.
