It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. If an error, spelling, and grammar mistake are found after your order has been approved and printed, Fog Bank Merch Co. will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by the customer. Due to computer screen variances and approximate scales, your shirts will not always look exactly as they do on a digital proof. Screen printing image may differ to digital mockup.

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products shown in mock-ups or on this website. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. Mock ups and online images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.

Unfortunately, not every shirt that leaves our shop can be perfect. Even the largest manufacturing facilities sew their shirts by hand, which can lead to discrepancies between garments. Because of differences in shirts, some prints may be slightly skewed. We attempt to catch as many of these issues as we can, but some are not apparent until the shirt is worn. We do not offer reprints unless the spoilage rate of the order total is over 3%.

Due to the nature of screen printing, it is not uncommon for an experienced printer using quality equipment to produce a misprint from time to time. We leave room for a spoilage rate of up to 3% per order. Our production department will pull these misprints out of your order, and we will notify you as soon as possible, then if time allows, we will replace them. However, we strongly recommend ordering extra tees if you need a specific number of exact sizes.

Fog Bank Merch Co. requires payment in full prior to mock-ups, ordering the blank garments, and then printing.

Once the order has been paid for, we will send mock-ups for approval and get your order officially in queue.

Fog Bank Merch Co. is not responsible for garment manufacturer defects such as garment color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, holes, imperfect garment, or other garment defects. Our production department does inspect the garments as they are printed, but we cannot guarantee each garment. If size specs are not listed on our site, we recommend you confirm and verify them on the manufacturers’ site to ensure the garment is going to fit as you intend. If there’s any doubt about whether you’ll like the selected garment or the sizing, we recommend ordering a blank sample first. Please keep in mind that ordering blank samples will push back the turnaround time. Blank samples are available for purchase but are not refundable or transferrable toward a full production run.

If you are supplying your own artwork/design please ensure that it is 300dpi or greater. We can only work with high-resolution images. The quality of print that we can achieve is dependent on the quality of the art file sent. Please note that images with the use of stipple brushes, or non-smooth lines, some detail may be lost.
